Join Your Team
Baymard offers a feature called Join Your Team that makes it easy for colleagues with the same email address domain to join your account without you needing to invite them.
Administrators can enable this feature for email domains associated with your company. Users who have emails with that domain will then be able to join your company account when they sign up.
To enable the feature, go to the Join Your Team page and add the email domains that you want to grant joining access to.
New users will need to confirm their email address to ensure they have access to the relevant domain before they can join your team’s account. Administrators will be notified when someone joins the company account.
You can disable the feature by removing all of your domains on the Join Your Team page.
